Overview
· Polcom Data Center is located near Cracow (Poland), in a secured part of the building that is externally protected
· Over 2000 m2 of raised floor Data Center area

equipment and administrative service delivery
· SLA (Service Level Agreement) parameters guaranteeing a high level of quality
· Additional services are available through the outsourcing model, including IT equipment servicing and the transfer of administrative duties.
Site Location
· Placed in Skawina – 1 km from highway (ringway of Cracow), 10 km from Balice Airport
· Situated in a safe location not susceptible to natural disasters e.g. flood
· Street position limits possible vehicle rams
Building Capabilities
· Combined building capabilities provides Tier 3+ with a design nominal 99.999% availability
· Capable of modular fit-out and installation of additional UPS, chillers and cooling units without tenant interruption as power and cooling loads increase
· Data Center area is divided into 6 separate rooms
· 2500kg/m2 raised-floor loading capacity across all data center floors
· Secure loading dock with vehicle trap
· Secure Facility Room for unpacking and assembling equipment prior to locating in clean, secure Data Center areas
