Support Center Polcom (CSP) provides support for our clients in 7/24 work system. Services carried by our engineer are:
- instalation and configuration of hardware
- telephone support (hot-line)
- remote administration of systems
-warranty and post-warranty service of hardware
The majority of advanced hardware installed by POLCOM and our partners is being monitored through 24 hours by CSP engineers' team. Thanks to that they are able to react immediatelly in case of technical problems. CSP team is in order to hold a service on devices as:
